Im having an allergic reaction from the oil and or braid gel I used. I just want to see if there is a way I can see what ingredients I'm allergic to and possibly create one for others like myself. I suffered from eczema a long time.

Resolved: No problem except sprayer stopped working

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Discovered that the sprayer trigger needed to be pulled in all the way to full stopping point.

I found out with trigger facing my face & came real close to hitting myself in the eye. Hope I caused u no bother, I do like your product very much.

My hair has fallen out from your product

Yes mines also I've been talking to relation team but if I don't hear nothing I'm filing a complaint with the FDA, ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THE CONSUMER PRODUCT SAFETY COMMISSION because this is and ongoing thing they keep getting sued for this this time I'ma make sure it's gone off the shelves I'm about to get a tort lawsuit against them it's doing more harm them good

Ive been ordering from them for over a year now and the more I order, the more disappointed I get. One last order and thats it. I started to video me opening my box because I knew something was missing. My box was a little too light.

One more chance and Im done with this company. My money is valuable and I dont have it to waste or lose.
