I have been emailing about my order that I have not received yet now Im trying to call them and no response so I need some help with getting my order that I paid for please help me

I ordered products! Ive been checking my email since last Saturday for a tracking number!

I have yet to receive one & I used Apple Pay & it definitely charged me! I dont mind reordering I just want my money back first.

I Ordered a few Items from ILuvColors on July 14th, 2023, Ive been waiting ever since.

The Items were never received and the Tracking Company ILuvColors use kept saying Items sent to Items delivered. Neither were or has been the case.

I think Ive waited long enough and would like a Full Refund.

I was calling in regards to a package I ordered that's saying label cancelled. The order #is 430257.

On the USPS site it was cancelled on the 18th. The USPS lady named Sue called me on today from GA and said it was cancelled on your part. Not sure why, but if someone could reach out to me plz on this issue.

I purchased the 25 dollar and 35 dollar bundles in the first pre black Friday deals and when I opened the box my bottle of the answer had no pump top on it I love the products but I can't use it without the top I just wanted a replacement.

Didnt receive my product from December 24, 2022. Trying to find out what happened.

Have checked mailbox since I received notice the product was delivered.

Still no package as of today January 5, 2023.
